Description The Pivot Plus by Work Sharp is a practical knife sharpener. Apart from crossed carbine elements and ceramic rods, it also has a foldable conical diamond sharpener for serrated edges. The basic sharpening is handled by two crossed carbide elements, while two ceramic rods are used for the fine grind.
