Description Barrel Chips™ are a blend of Charred, Toasted, and Untoasted wood that mirror the specific profiles developed when using an actual barrel. This signature blend was developed to promote proper levels of guaiacol, furfurals, pheonals, lignins, and tannins, that are more familiar to traditional barrel aging. Chip usage can be highly controlled for consistency and quality. Sold in a 22-lb. tank pack for use in tanks. Suggested Usage: 2-4 oz per 5 gal.
